We are looking for an Account Manager to come and join our team, you will work closely with internal functions (Finance, Project Management, Legal, Professional Services) to execute account retention and growth strategies for Zyte’s strategic accounts. Customer satisfaction, business retention, and portfolio growth are the key drivers of success for this position.
Job Requirements
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for a defined portfolio of existing business accounts.
- Cultivate meaningful and long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Visiting clients and engaging with them on in person meetings
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Manage a set of 25 - 35 Enterprise Accounts in the Americas market, individual account value between approximately $40k and $200k in annual revenues.
- Requirements:
- 3+ years in an Account Management role.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and/or exceed sales quotas in revenue retention and account expansion.
- Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure in meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Strong deal closing and negotiation skills in Large Enterprise and Mid-market accounts
- High level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of data harvesting / web crawling a plus - but not necessary.
- Previous experience working in consultative selling within Professional Services and SaaS Products is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially savvy within a Tech Scaleup company, with a proven track-record of delivering/over-delivering against Sales quotas.
- Demonstrated experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
- Proven track record of collaborating with Customer Success teams to grow and expand Enterprise accounts.

Overview This position is responsible for helping nursing homes adopt and implement the Citizen Insurance product. They will work closely with the Sales Manager to educate nursing homes about the product, ensure smooth rollouts, and facilitate the enrollment process. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager. - The Company reserves the right to modify any bonus/commission structure prospectively at any time for any reason. A bonus/commission is not considered earned until it is paid, and the employee remains with the Company at the time of payment. - If the Employee voluntarily terminates employment with the Company within 12 months of his/her start date, the Employee shall reimburse the Company in the amount of $6,000 for the cost of the insurance exam and study materials and for the salary received during the time Employee was studying for the exam.
