- Planear y coordinar proyectos de tecnología de inicio a fin.
- Definir cronogramas, responsables, entregables, riesgos y dependencias.
- Dar seguimiento puntual al avance de iniciativas y asegurar cumplimiento de fechas.
- Identificar bloqueos y facilitar su resolución con los equipos involucrados.
- Alinear prioridades entre tecnología, producto, operaciones y negocio.
- Organizar ceremonias, reuniones de seguimiento y reportes de estatus.
- Mantener documentación actualizada de proyectos, acuerdos y decisiones.
- Asegurar visibilidad clara del portafolio de proyectos para líderes y stakeholders.

- Experiencia requerida
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de tecnología.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo de software, producto o infraestructura.
- Experiencia coordinando múltiples iniciativas en paralelo.
- Deseable experiencia en entornos ágiles, híbridos o de transformación digital.
- Deseable experiencia en empresas con operación dinámica y alta coordinación entre áreas.

Role Description Manages all aspects of a project, from initiation to planning, execution, occupancy, and closeout. Works directly with customer to define project requirements and expectations. Document, publish, and track punch items through to completion. - Assume complete responsibility for assignments and remain accountable for ensuring projects are executed to clients’ expectations. - Maintain flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.
