Role Description O Grupo Seres seleciona profissional para a posição de Vendedor – Perfil Hunter (Field Sales), com a missão de gerar novas oportunidades de negócio por meio de prospecção ativa, atuando diretamente na abertura de mercado, relacionamento com clientes e conversão de oportunidades em contratos, contribuindo para a expansão da base de clientes da empresa. - Prospecção e Geração de Negócios: - Identificar e mapear potenciais clientes e mercados-alvo; - Realizar prospecção ativa por meio de cold calls, visitas presenciais, networking, eventos e redes sociais; - Abrir novas frentes de atuação e desenvolver oportunidades comerciais em regiões estratégicas; - Manter constância na geração de pipeline e oportunidades qualificadas. - Atuação Comercial e Vendas Consultivas: - Apresentar produtos e serviços de forma consultiva, entendendo as necessidades do cliente; - Conduzir reuniões comerciais e visitas presenciais com tomadores de decisão; - Elaborar propostas comerciais alinhadas às demandas dos clientes; - Negociar condições comerciais e realizar o fechamento de contratos. - Gestão de Pipeline e Performance: - Acompanhar o funil de vendas, garantindo organização e previsibilidade de resultados; - Manter o CRM atualizado com informações, interações e status das oportunidades; - Gerar relatórios de acompanhamento e performance comercial; - Atuar com foco em metas e resultados. - Relacionamento e Inteligência de Mercado: - Construir relacionamento com clientes e potenciais clientes; - Monitorar tendências de mercado, concorrência e novas oportunidades de negócio; - Atuar de forma estratégica na expansão da atuação comercial da empresa. Qualifications - Experiência prévia em vendas com forte atuação em prospecção ativa (perfil hunter); - Vivência em vendas externas (field sales); - Excelente comunicação, negociação e argumentação; - Perfil proativo, resiliente e orientado a resultados; - Disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos; - CNH válida e carro próprio. Requirements - Experiência nos segmentos de clubes, parques ou áreas correlatas; - Conhecimento em CRM (PipeOne) e ferramentas de vendas; - Experiência em abertura de mercado e desenvolvimento de novos negócios. You’ll be leading our sales team, including four Account Executives, a Commercial Coordinator, and two sales support resources.
