Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is an essential member of the marketing team, responsible for planning, executing, and operationalizing marketing programs that support HealthMark Group’s go‑to‑market strategy. This role serves as the operational backbone for marketing initiatives, owning tradeshow execution, vendor coordination, sponsorship deliverables, team coordination, and cross‑functional program management across sales, client experience, and other key stakeholders. The Marketing Coordinator enables the marketing and sales organization to operate efficiently by managing logistics, timelines, vendors, and systems. This role is critical to ensure that HealthMark’s marketing strategy translates into flawless execution. Strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential for this role, as you will be working on a variety of different projects at any given time. Objectives - Event & Tradeshow Management - Leads planning and execution for regional and national conferences including registration and sponsorship logistics. - Exhibitor communications and deadlines. - On‑site logistics including show orders, shipping, and handling. - Internal coordination across various stakeholders. - Serves as the primary point of contact between HealthMark and event organizers. - Supports client-facing events, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality engagement. - Ensures key milestones are tracked, documented, and executed. - Vendor & Budget Coordination - Manages relationships with external vendors and agencies, including creative partners, promotional product vendors, event venues, and conference service providers. - Coordinates invoice tracking, cost summaries, and budget inputs for marketing programs and events. - Sources, prices, and manages inventory for swag and other promotional items. - Marketing Program & Content Support - Supports marketing team programs which may include lead generation, marketing campaigns, email marketing, and website. - Identifies gaps and risks in marketing processes and proposes improvements. - Documents requirements, timelines, and dependencies to prevent missed opportunities or deadlines. - Manages requests from other internal teams for marketing support. - Updates content from other departments to ensure consistency with the HealthMark brand and style. Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. - Experience with InDesign or similar is a plus. Requirements - Exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through. - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Strong program and project management capabilities. - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation. - Proven ability to prioritize and deliver against multiple deadlines across concurrent initiatives. - Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and external partners. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
