Job Title: IT Recruiter (Federal) Location: Remote Availability: As soon as possible Languages: English required, French an asset (English is required for this role, as the environment and all day-to-day communications and deliverables are conducted entirely in English within the Canadian federal government.) About Exposant 3 (E3) Exposant 3 is a consulting firm specializing in business management and information technology. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an IT Recruiter to support our Canadian federal public sector mandates by recruiting a wide range of IT profiles and supporting staffing activities tied to federal RFPs (Requests for Proposal). You will play a key role in identifying top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring fast, compliant, and high-quality delivery in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Roles - Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse IT roles supporting Canadian federal government mandates. - Partner with internal stakeholders (delivery teams, bid/RFP teams, hiring managers) to understand requirements and ensure timely staffing for federal RFP submissions and projects. - Ensure recruitment activities meet service expectations, timelines, and documentation standards typical of federal procurement and staffing environments. - Represent Exposant 3 professionally with candidates and stakeholders in an English-first environment. Activities - Source, attract, and engage qualified IT candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, job boards, networking). - Screen candidates and assess fit based on technical requirements, soft skills, and federal context (availability, reliability, documentation readiness). - Build and maintain strong IT talent pipelines aligned to recurring federal needs and upcoming RFPs. - Prepare candidate packages for internal review and RFP-related submissions (resume quality checks, formatting, skill validation, compliance elements as required). - Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and provide status updates to stakeholders. - Maintain accurate records and pipelines in ATS/CRM and ensure traceability of recruitment activities. - Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies, templates, and recruitment processes supporting RFP delivery. Profile We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is both people-oriented and process-driven, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and who enjoys building meaningful professional relationships. Skills and Requirements - 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory). - Demonstrated experience recruiting a variety of IT profiles (e.g., developers, analysts, architects, cybersecurity, project management, QA). - Proven experience supporting federal RFP recruitment or staffing activities linked to federal proposals (mandatory). - Strong knowledge of IT roles, terminology, and common technology stacks. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing deadlines. - Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). - Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and candidate tracking practices; VMS experience is an asset. - Experience recruiting in the Canadian public sector: an asset.
