Role Description The Maintenance Coordinator will primarily be responsible for providing automotive technical support and advice to Fleet Management groups, clients, and vendors related to scheduled maintenance and wear items. This position reviews repair orders according to manufacturer requirements and negotiates for proper service intervals, fluids, and pricing, prior to providing approval. This is a full-time work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in Tampa, FL or surrounding counties. Our department operates between the hours of Monday through Friday 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST and Saturday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. The schedules offered are based on current business needs. The pay range for this position is $20.14 to $23.14 per hour. Pay within the range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business or organizational needs. Role Description The Recovery Specialist will work independently to investigate rental vehicle damage claims and negotiate with and collect damages from responsible parties. The Recovery Specialist position is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, problem solving, organization, and negotiation. This is a 40 hour per week, work from home position. Hours will be within 7:30am - 7pm Eastern Standard time, Monday - Friday. Responsibilities include: - Coordinate roadside assistance through vendor partners by taking phone calls, dispatching service through vendor portals, and monitoring live jobs. - Set up replacement rentals when clients are in need of alternative transportation. - Research delays for roadside service, communicate with vendor partners to obtain status of live jobs, and evaluate available options to make decisions on how to best assist drivers. - Consult customer decision makers regarding the vehicle repair service process. - Assist with relaying repair approvals to repair facilities on behalf of the client. - Provide timely follow-up to ensure prompt service for clients. - Maintain regular communication efforts with third-party vendors as well as Fleet drivers. - Identify and escalate customer service opportunities related to roadside assistance. - Assist drivers with general vehicle service questions or concerns. This is a full-time work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Metro St. Louis area or surrounding MO/IL counties. Our department operates between the hours of Monday through Friday 5 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST and Saturday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. The pay range for this position is $18.99 TO $20.24 per hour. Pay within the range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business or organizational needs. Qualifications - Must be 18 years of age or older. - Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area or surrounding MO/IL counties. - Must live in the state of Missouri or Illinois. - Two (2) years experience with customer and/or vendor support. - Two (2) years of administrative support experience. - Proven success in problem/conflict resolution or negotiation. - Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). - Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements. - Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
