Job Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment / resourcing (agency or internal)

The Recoveries function plays a critical role in delivering high-quality claims management for customers, insurers, and business partners. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for the recovery of rental costs on non-fault motor claims, working closely with internal stakeholders and external insurers to maximise recovery outcomes. This position requires fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) and offers the opportunity to be part of a newly established team supporting the German Non-Fault hire function.
