Remote | Full-Time Overview We’re looking for a high-performance Brand Packaging Designer who can execute quickly without sacrificing quality. You’ll own the packaging experience across our apparel product lines—creating everything from labels and tags to bags and boxes that elevate the brand and customer unboxing experience. This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role. If you thrive under pressure, follow direction precisely, and consistently deliver polished work at speed, you’ll do well here. What You’ll Own - Design and execute packaging across apparel product lines (tags, labels, boxes, bags) - Translate brand identity into cohesive, premium packaging systems - Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring concepts to life - Take projects from brief → concept → production-ready files - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight turnaround times - Ensure all files are print-ready, accurate, and aligned with production requirements - Continuously refine and elevate packaging based on trends and performance Who You Are - You move fast and don’t get stuck in endless revisions - You follow instructions and creative direction with precision - You have a strong eye for layout, typography, and detail - You’re highly organized and can juggle multiple deadlines - You take ownership and don’t need constant hand-holding

Job Requirements

  • Requirements
  • 3+ years of packaging design experience (fashion/apparel strongly preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing packaging systems (not just one-off designs)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Deep understanding of print production, dielines, materials, and finishes
  • Experience with garment labeling and apparel packaging standards
  • Ability to deliver production-ready files with minimal revisions
  • Nice to Have
