Role Description We are seeking a highly capable Data and Systems Analyst to support business operations and decision-making through high-quality data, clear requirements, and effective systems solutions. This role serves as a primary business and systems analysis resource, partnering closely with Finance and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, well‑governed data and system solutions. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst. - Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and requirements documentation. - Solid understanding of data governance and data management concepts. - Experience with NetSuite ERP and CRM solutions preferred. - Experience with Snowflake (Data Warehouses), Sigma, or similar analytics tools. - Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries (JOINs, CTEs, window functions) for data extraction, transformation, and validation. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
