This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 10000000 - Rs 20000000 (ie INR 100 - 200 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: USA, Canada JobType: full-time This role involves being the internal voice of the customer, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve complex customer problems. The ideal candidate will bring genuine finance domain credibility, capable of engaging in thoughtful conversations with finance leaders on topics like revenue recognition, billing complexity, and close cycles, connecting these discussions back to product value.
Job Requirements
- Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend customer billing frameworks and accurately configure contracts, pricing, metering, and invoicing.
- Convert complex business needs into well-defined, organized workflows and configurations.
- Develop solutions addressing intricate billing, revenue recognition, and reporting processes with a focus on desired results.
- Collaborate with Sales for live demonstrations, sandbox configurations, and responses to RFPs.
- Engage in discovery discussions with CTOs, CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and senior stakeholders to align customer requirements with Zenskar’s capabilities.
- Create and maintain demo environments that accurately represent real-world enterprise scenarios.
- Serve as the internal advocate for customers by providing structured insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Prepare clear documentation for smooth handoffs during deal or use case transitions.
- Develop customer-specific solution documents and onboarding materials.
- Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, enablement resources, and product documentation.
- Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
- CPA certification or equivalent experience in accounting, audit, financial operations, or ERP consulting.
- Practical experience performing revenue recognition using Excel and/or ERP systems.
- Thorough understanding of the finance function, including the priorities and operations of controllers (such as close cycles, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable hygiene).
- Comfortable managing deal cycles exceeding $75k and navigating multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.
- Experience supporting customers in global markets, particularly in North America.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate the rationale behind solutions beyond just the implementation details.
- Basic conceptual knowledge of software and AI architectures, APIs, and the ability to analyze workflows and usage challenges.
- Strong analytical mindset with a methodical approach to solving problems.
- High level of ownership, curiosity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Availability to work standard US business hours (ET/PT) on weekdays.
- Practical experience with billing or order-to-cash workflows (Preferred).
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end implementation processes (Preferred).
- Previous work experience in fintech, billing, ERP, or Revenue Operations SaaS companies; familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce Billing, Zuora, Chargebee, or Recurly is highly relevant (Preferred).

Role Description This position is responsible for acting as the trusted partner between teams across Operations + Corporate Groups and the Technology Services Division to translate business and system needs into practical, scalable technical solutions. The Technical Solutions Consultant will focus on understanding internal business processes and transforming them into optimized, reliable, and sustainable systems that drive organizational performance.
