Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: HR Manager Compensation range: $2,000 AUD - $3,000 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people operations. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, supporting business growth, and ensuring a positive and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Workforce Coordination - Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination (job ads, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling) - Implement structured hiring processes, including scorecards and candidate tracking - Ensure only high-quality candidates are presented to hiring managers - Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure structured - Maintain recruitment pipelines aligned with business needs Performance Management & KPI Tracking - Implement and maintain KPI scorecards across all roles - Coordinate quarterly performance review processes - Track individual and team performance against targets - Ensure all performance discussions, actions, and outcomes are documented - Follow up with managers to ensure accountability and completion of actions Leadership & Business Support - Act as a central coordination point between the Director and team leaders - Track key priorities, projects, and action items across the business - Follow up with managers to ensure commitments are delivered - Assist in structuring roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines Process Improvement & Documentation - Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements - Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments - Ensure processes are consistently followed and updated as needed - Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business Project Coordination - Coordinate internal projects (systems improvements, process changes, business initiatives) - Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables - Ensure clear communication and accountability across teams - Support successful implementation and adoption of new processes Systems & Data Discipline (NetSuite / CRM) - Support improved use of business systems (e.g. NetSuite, CRM) - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems - Drive compliance with internal processes and data standards - Assist in implementing system improvements and workflows HR Administration & Compliance Support - Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation - Assist with policy development and updates - Support HR compliance processes in coordination with Australian advisors - Escalate any sensitive employee matters to the Director Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in HR coordination, operations, or project management roles - Strong organisational and process management skills - Experience with KPI tracking and performance reporting - High level of written and verbal English communication - Strong attention to detail and follow-through - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Highly organised and structured - Proactive and self-driven - Strong follow-up and accountability mindset - Confident communicating with managers and leadership - Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving ability - Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Experience with task/project management tools Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like) - Consistent and structured recruitment process with improved hiring quality - Clear KPI tracking and improved accountability across all roles - Strong follow-up discipline across operations - Documented and efficient business processes - Improved use and accuracy of NetSuite and CRM systems - Reduced need for the Director to follow up on day-to-day execution Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. Overview Employee Relations Partner, North America The North America Employee Relations Partner, reporting to the Vice President, Employee Relations, is a key member of the Employee Relations Center of Excellence.
