• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets • Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance • Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records • Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products effectively • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets • Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines

• Deliver a high-energy, customer-focused experience on every shift • Support customers on the shop floor • Maintain excellent store standards • Contribute to driving sales performance • Develop valuable retail skills in a fast-moving environment • Maintain store presentation through stock replenishment and organisation • Support visual merchandising standards in line with the Sports Direct brand • Assist with deliveries and stock processing • Ensure pricing is accurate and up to date • Support stock counts and inventory accuracy

• Greet customers and assist with product selection and queries • Deliver outstanding customer service at all touchpoints • Maintain well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing shop floor areas • Replenish shelves and rails to meet customer demand • Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the till • Promote current offers and upsell where appropriate • Work collaboratively to achieve daily sales and service goals

• Reporting to the Human Resources Manager • Driving the HR agenda to improve business performance • Work with the HR Manager to streamline and maintain HR processes • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures • Ensure highest levels of HR service delivery regarding development, appraisals, benefits, and employee information • Conduct Exit Interviews and analyze turnover trends • Support data analysis for workforce planning • Communicate to the Business regarding updates to Human Resource policies • Give Human Resource advice and support to Store Management • Ensure Performance Management systems are in place and conducted • Effectively manage Absenteeism • Manage and advise on execution of investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures • General HR Administration duties such as maintaining Personnel records and Payroll data

• Lead a high-performing DevOps/Platform squad responsible for infrastructure-as-code, observability, CI/CD, and cloud operations. • Drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments (primarily Azure) using Terraform and modern DevOps tools. • Spend approximately 30% of your time hands-on, contributing to IaC, automation scripts, monitoring setups, and critical system improvements. • Guide your team through effective incident management, ensuring rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of system reliability. • Champion SRE best practices including error budgeting, SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, and proactive reliability engineering. • Coach and mentor engineers through pairing, reviews, and architectural discussions. • Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to define platform roadmaps and priorities. • Continuously evolve our CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, release strategies, and operational playbooks. • Foster a DevOps culture with a strong focus on automation, security, observability, and accountability. • Ensure effective Agile ceremonies and delivery practices are followed, adapting where needed for high-performing operations-focused teams.
