Job Description

Technical Project Manager — Building Services

PAUL Tech AG

• Technical assessment and planning coordination • Surveying and documenting heating, ventilation and building-services-specific as well as structural details as the basis for project planning • Preparation of sound quotations and measurement documents, and close coordination with specialist planners to ensure precise and implementable execution planning • Site coordination with subcontractors and clients • Organizing, managing and supervising external contractors on site while complying with schedule, cost and quality requirements • Ongoing coordination with clients and partners to ensure smooth project progress and early resolution of technical issues • Responsibility for project documentation, billing and follow-up to ensure transparency and cost-effectiveness • Technical and disciplinary leadership of site managers and coordination of internal project stakeholders • Support and control of building services systems in cooperation with the central control room and client representatives • Identifying and implementing technical and organizational optimization opportunities to increase efficiency during ongoing operations

Job Requirements

  • Degree or completed vocational training in supply engineering, building services engineering or energy and environmental engineering
  • Knowledge of VOB/B and experience managing multiple site managers and service providers
  • Structured, results-oriented working style, flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • Good written and spoken German
