Senior Graphic Designer
TADERA
• Produce attractive and effective designs for all media to tell our Brands’ story. • Deliver high quality, on-brand, scalable graphics solutions and ensure consistent quality content is delivered on time, every time. • Edit and refine graphic designs into finished products. • Regularly seek feedback and critique on work produced in order to further develop style and execution. • Liaise and lead effectively on client calls alongside the Creative Project Manager and other stakeholders. • Support the wider team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects. • Participate during Creative team meetings and share ideas. • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally within client and media group with other key stakeholders including People & Culture, Engineering, and Advertising.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years as a Graphic Designer ideally working as part of a fast-paced Creative team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design or associated subject.
- Highly skilled user of Adobe Creative Suite Products.
- Proficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc.).
- Experience of agile working in a fluid, customer focused environment.
- Strong English skills.
- Web/UI/UX experience a significant plus but not essential.
- Advertising or Marketing agency experience is a significant bonus but not essential.
- Strong and effective communicator (written, spoken and visual) that can defend design decisions based on data not opinion.
- Experience of working as part of a wider high performing team.
- Motivated individual who is highly organized and can take a creative project from start to finish.
