Sobre el Rol Buscamos un/a Arquitecto/a Fullstack Senior / Líder Técnico para sumarse a un entorno de plataformas de gran escala, con impacto transversal sobre múltiples proyectos y dominios dentro de una misma organización. El rol combina liderazgo técnico, definición de arquitectura y participación hands-on, con una fuerte interacción con áreas de negocio y equipos internos para entender, bajar y traducir requerimientos en soluciones técnicas robustas y escalables. Responsabilidades - Actuar como referente de arquitectura y liderazgo técnico en múltiples iniciativas. - Interactuar directamente con stakeholders y áreas de negocio para relevar, analizar y transformar requerimientos en soluciones técnicas. - Diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas backend y fullstack utilizando Java y Node.js. - Definir y gobernar APIs y servicios compartidos consumidos por múltiples productos. - Establecer estándares técnicos, buenas prácticas y lineamientos de arquitectura. - Liderar decisiones técnicas vinculadas a escalabilidad, seguridad, resiliencia y performance. - Participar de forma hands-on en instancias críticas (diseño, code reviews, troubleshooting). - Acompañar y mentorear equipos de desarrollo, actuando como punto de referencia técnico. - Garantizar la correcta operación en producción (observabilidad, logging, monitoreo, incidentes). - Colaborar con equipos de plataforma e infraestructura en despliegues sobre Kubernetes / OpenShift. - Impulsar mejoras continuas en calidad, CI/CD y prácticas operativas. Requisitos - 7+ años de experiencia en desarrollo backend o fullstack, con foco en arquitectura. - Experiencia previa como Líder Técnico o Arquitecto/a de Software. - Dominio sólido de Java y/o Node.js. - Conocimientos de frontend con React y Next.js. - Fuerte entendimiento de sistemas distribuidos. - Experiencia en diseño y gobierno de APIs REST. - Conocimiento de arquitecturas de microservicios. - Seguridad: JWT, OAuth2, SAML, RBAC/ABAC. - Experiencia con bases de datos SQL y NoSQL. - Cloud & Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, y experiencia en nubes públicas. - Experiencia operando y depurando sistemas productivos. - Buenas habilidades de comunicación y experiencia en roles técnicos con interacción con negocio. - Capacidad para manejar ambigüedad y liderar soluciones de punta a punta. Deseable - Experiencia en plataformas o productos compartidos. - Conocimientos de OpenSearch / Elasticsearch. - Experiencia en entornos regulados o de alta seguridad. - Conocimientos de DevOps (CI/CD, automatización). - Experiencia con Oracle, Redis. - Uso de herramientas de desarrollo asistido por IA (Copilot, Cursor, etc.). Our Database Experience (DBX) TeamThe Database Experience team builds the libraries and tools that developers use day-to-day working with MongoDB. For our PHP team, we are looking to hire an engineer in Ireland. You will be joining a team of three engineers to help streamline and increase the adoption of MongoDB in the PHP community. This role can be based out of our Dublin office or remotely in Ireland.
