Sales Coordinator Department: Business Development Employment Type: Full Time Location: Romania Reporting To: Nicholas David Description Energy5 is a turnkey provider of commercial electrification and decarbonization infrastructure. We design, build, and manage the full project lifecycle for our clients, including site design, engineering, rebate and grant management, permitting, installation, inspection, activation, and ongoing maintenance. By handling every step in-house or through our integrated teams, we reduce project complexity, accelerate timelines, and help customers capture the maximum available incentives so they can lower total project cost and retain one hundred percent of the long-term charging revenue. In 2024 we tripled our revenue, and in 2025 we doubled. We operate with startup speed and national reach, supported by the field crews and construction strength of our sister company, Utilities One. This gives Energy5 true coast-to-coast capability, allowing us to deliver anything from a single charger at a small business to full-scale, multi-hundred-port deployments. About the Role As an Energy5 Sales Coordinator supporting the Partnerships Business Unit, you will help ensure new business opportunities are organized, tracked, and advanced efficiently. This role supports our Partnerships Manager by coordinating opportunity flow, maintaining CRM accuracy, and aligning internal teams to move deals forward effectively. This position plays a critical role in enabling revenue growth by improving visibility, structure, and follow-through across partner opportunities. The Sales Coordinator helps ensure that opportunities move smoothly from introduction through execution, allowing our business development team to focus on relationship building and new customer development. Key Responsibilities - Success in this role comes from creating structure and consistency across the Partnerships pipeline. You will help organize incoming opportunities, maintain accurate records, coordinate internal communication, and ensure that the next steps are clearly defined and completed. - You will partner closely with sales leadership, rebate strategy teams, estimating, and operations to ensure opportunities are properly categorized and supported. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working across multiple teams, and the ability to manage multiple moving priorities. - Energy5 supports a wide range of customer types, including charge point operators, private fleets, developers, national OEM brands, consultants, and infrastructure partners. These organizations rely on us to simplify complex projects, navigate incentive structures, and deliver reliable electrification solutions nationwide. - Organizing and tracking partnership opportunities across Funding, Turnkey, EPC, and RFP categories - Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring data completeness across accounts and opportunities - Coordinating internally across sales, rebate, estimating, and operations teams - Tracking next steps and ensuring timely follow-ups - Supporting proposal and funding workflows by gathering required internal inputs - Maintaining organized documentation of partner activity and opportunity status - Helping identify process improvements that increase speed and clarity across the pipeline - Supporting preparation of internal reports and pipeline visibility updates We’re looking for individuals who: - Take ownership of organization and follow-through - Enjoy creating structure in fast-moving environments - Communicate clearly across teams - Maintain strong attention to detail - Work independently while coordinating across multiple stakeholders - Value consistency, accuracy, and process improvement Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Preferred Experience - Experience supporting sales or business development teams - Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce - Experience coordinating projects, proposals, or workflows - Familiarity with clean energy, infrastructure, construction, or technical services environments - Experience working in remote or distributed teams Required Experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfort working with structured data and systems Strong follow-through habits and time management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00 Benefits - Competitive salary package; - Being part of an international, dynamic work environment; - Professional development (seminars, courses); - Medical Insurance (MedLife); - Opportunity to work in a fast-growing international company with significant impact in its industry; - 7Card.
