Reporting Relationship Reports to: Chief Program Officer Direct reports: None Other key relationships: - Direct Link (DL) Team - Dispatchers / transportation partners - Receiving agencies across the country Role Highlight The Direct Link Coordinator exists to connect large-scale food donations—often full truckloads—strategically within our network of receiving agencies. This role provides critical “last mile” logistics coordination to ensure food moves quickly, efficiently, and to the right partners at the right time. You’ll work closely with internal team members, dispatchers, and agency partners to place loads, communicate updates, and track deliveries in real time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by fast-paced logistics work that directly supports communities nationwide. Responsibilities Include - Reach out to our agency network to identify interest and confirm placement for available Direct Link donations - Track where each load is placed using Sharing Excess tools (SE app, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems) - Communicate ETAs, delays, and key updates with receiving agencies to ensure smooth delivery coordination - Communicate with dispatchers and transportation partners to track loads in real time - Work internally with the Chief Program Officer to support placement strategy across regions - Onboard new Direct Link receiving agencies and support growth of the DL partner network - Help maintain a diverse, reliable, and responsive DL agency network - Support relationship maintenance with current high-volume donor partners as needed You’ll Have: - Strong attention to detail and comfort managing many moving parts at once - Excellent communication skills, especially in time-sensitive situations - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize quickly - A proactive, customer-service oriented mindset when working with partners - Ability to problem-solve and stay calm when plans shift or delays occur - Comfort working in a fast-paced, logistics-heavy environment It’s Amazing If You Also Have - Experience in food banking, food rescue, or related nonprofit logistics work - Familiarity with dispatch coordination, freight movement, or supply chain operations - Experience using QuickBooks (preferred) You’ll be Successful If: - You respond quickly, communicate clearly, and keep multiple partners aligned in real time - You’re energized by urgent logistics and can adapt instantly when conditions change - You stay organized and accurate while managing high volumes of information - You are relationship-driven and can build trust with agencies and donors - You think strategically about placement—not just moving loads, but placing them where they create the most impact Salary $55,000-65,000 Annually, dependant on experience and location Benefits & Perks - Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) - Fully Covered Health Benefits - including comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with premiums 100% covered by the company. - 401(k) with Company Match - 6-8 Week Paid Family Leave - Onsite Team Retreats & Gatherings - Cool Merch Sharing Excess is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. Job Description: Job Description Summary: This position plays a critical role in advancing the sales pharmacy strategy across Excellus Health Plan. The incumbent is responsible for driving pharmacy growth, client retention, and margin optimization through strategic partnerships, broker and consultant engagement, industry-facing leadership, and scalable pharmacy education. Serving as a trusted advisor internally and externally, this position bridges sales strategy, broker advocacy, and market intelligence to support the organization’s pharmacy value proposition. The manager leads initiatives that support new business acquisition, client renewals, account growth, and long-term retention aligning solutions within the evolving dynamics. This is a highly visible role that trains and enables Sales teams, clients, brokers, and consultants on pharmacy. The incumbent serves the organization as a pharmacy thought leader and collaborates closely with the Pharmacy clinical team, Sales, Finance, Pharmacy analytics and strategy teams, and executive leadership to deliver sustainable growth. Essential Accountabilities: - Leads pharmacy growth and retention initiatives designed to expand market presence, increase margin, and support long-term client partnerships.
