Job Requirements
- Solid and proven experience in outbound activities within a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of success in pipeline generation.
- Demonstrated ability to showcase convincing results, such as overachieving quota for multiple quarters in previous SDR or similar roles.
- Experience pitching complex technical solutions, with bonus points for experience in AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation technologies.
- Strong resilience and growth mindset, with the ability to handle rejections gracefully and iterate quickly on outreach strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (experience with Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall preferred).
- Genuine enthusiasm for hunting opportunities and connecting with prospects in competitive markets.
- Desirable (but not required): Previous experience selling to engineering leaders or technical decision-makers
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or engineering software solutions
- Experience with advanced prospecting tools like Clay
- Track record in early-stage or high-growth technology companies.
