ERP Transformation Program Director

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Oracle ERP transformation programs , managing multiple concurrent workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quote-to-Cash. • Own the full ERP lifecycle including strategy, solution design, configuration, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. • Ensure alignment to client business strategy, operating model, and value realization objectives. • Drive consulting-led transformation engagements , defining and implementing future-state operating models and processes across: Record-to-Report (Finance) Procure-to-Pay (Procurement) Order-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash Plan-to-Produce (Supply Chain). • Lead process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement , leveraging Oracle leading practices and industry benchmarks. • Lead global solution design , balancing standardization and localization to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. • Oversee multi-country ERP rollouts across regions including North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. • Drive template-based deployments , localization strategies, and phased regional implementations. • Establish and enforce robust program governance frameworks , including risk, issue, dependency, financial, and change management. • Ensure delivery excellence through strong quality assurance, compliance, and performance management . • Proactively identify and mitigate risks across business, technology, and organizational dimensions. • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders , influencing enterprise transformation strategies. • Serve as the primary executive interface, facilitating steering committees, decision forums, and program reviews. • Communicate complex issues, trade-offs, and recommendations with clarity and impact. • Lead and inspire global, cross-functional teams , including consulting, client, system integrator, and partner teams. • Provide hands-on leadership to program managers, functional and technical leads to ensure consistent execution. • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement , while supporting talent development. • Drive organizational change management and business adoption , embedding new processes and ways of working across geographies.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale ERP and business transformation programs
- Deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion ,/ SAP ERP etc. and with prior hands on consulting experience -on experience across: Finance (Record-to-Report) Procurement (Procure-to-Pay) Supply Chain (Plan-to-Produce) Order-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash
- Strong background in management consulting combined with delivery leadership will be preferred
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year, multi-vendor ERP programs in global environments
- Demonstrated experience in global template design and multi-region rollouts (NA, EU, APAC)
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, and large-scale delivery frameworks
- Experience in organizational change management and business adoption strategies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex technical and functional concepts into clear business outcomes
- Strong leadership presence with sound judgment in navigating ambiguity, trade-offs, and enterprise risks.

Summary The Advisor, Program Effectiveness – Cybersecurity Metrics & Reporting is a senior individual contributor focused on metrics, reporting, and program effectiveness across cybersecurity functions, with an initial emphasis on vulnerability management. This role designs and standardizes cybersecurity KPIs/KRIs, reporting models, and dashboards using ServiceNow (including VR), Tableau and/or Power BI, and other data sources. Your role in our mission - Define and maintain a cybersecurity metrics framework (KPIs, KRIs, OKRs) that supports executive decision-making and demonstrates program effectiveness. - Develop and maintain a data dictionary and standardized definitions for all key metrics (what they mean, how they are calculated, and how they should be interpreted). - Design and maintain logical and physical data models for cybersecurity reporting, using ServiceNow (including VR and CMDB tables), Tenable, Tanium, Splunk, and other systems as sources. - Leverage ServiceNow (including Vulnerability Response, CMDB, and ITSM modules) as a core source of truth for workflow and status metrics.Develop and standardize ServiceNow-based reports, dashboards, and potentially Performance Analytics indicators. - Apply best practices in visualization and information design to keep dashboards clear, actionable, and aligned with stakeholder needs. - Implement governance for dashboard lifecycle (versioning, ownership, change control). - Partner with the Senior Principal, Vulnerability Management to ensure Tenable- and VM-related metrics align with risk models and program goals. - Work with Senior Manager(s), Managers, and Supervisors of Security Delivery to understand operational workflows and design metrics that support effective management. - Support Security Leadership in using metrics for planning, prioritization, and communication with clients and regulators. - Regularly review and refine metrics to avoid metric sprawl and ensure alignment with evolving business and security objectives. This role includes supporting the preparation of detailed simulation reports and providing input around data-driven recommendations to support design and operational decisions.
