• Manage the full lifecycle of supply chain projects • Act as the central link between overseas factories, the Houston operations team, and Bay Area leadership • Analyze lead times, packaging conversions, and logistics costs to improve margins and operational efficiency • Serve as the "Voice of the Company" for key accounts • Partner with sales leadership to manage inbound demand from large retail clients • Maintain and troubleshoot relationships with manufacturing partners in China, Taiwan, and Mexico
Job Requirements
- 100% fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal)
- 3–5+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing Coordination, or Project Management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally and domestically approximately every 2 months
- Ability to work onsite daily at the Houston/Stafford facility
- Previous experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems (nice-to-have)
- Experience in consumer goods, paper/plastic packaging, or high-volume retail manufacturing (nice-to-have)

Job Description Role Overview The Director, Supply Chain Planning - Manufacturing leads a manufacturing planning team which generates and manages manufacturing plans for multiple manufacturing plants across major product categories to support multiple business units and their objectives. Il est chargé de : - Caractériser les enjeux de ressources minérales pour le tissu industriel français et les politiques publiques. - Élaborer et suivre les actions de sécurisation des approvisionnements en métaux et produire des notes d'analyse sectorielles. - Participer à la mise en œuvre de la réglementation européenne, notamment le CRM Act. - Suivre et contribuer aux travaux de l'Observatoire Français des Ressources Minérales. - Participer aux travaux sur les approvisionnements responsables. - Suivre, en lien avec la DGE, le SGPI, les dispositifs d'accompagnement des entreprises (AAP métaux critiques, Fonds métaux...).
