Role Description Placé sous l'autorité de l'adjointe au chef du bureau en charge des approvisionnements en métaux, le titulaire du poste est le référent technique et économique sur les marchés et les techniques de production des minerais et métaux. Il est chargé de : - Caractériser les enjeux de ressources minérales pour le tissu industriel français et les politiques publiques. - Élaborer et suivre les actions de sécurisation des approvisionnements en métaux et produire des notes d'analyse sectorielles. - Participer à la mise en œuvre de la réglementation européenne, notamment le CRM Act. - Suivre et contribuer aux travaux de l'Observatoire Français des Ressources Minérales. - Participer aux travaux sur les approvisionnements responsables. - Suivre, en lien avec la DGE, le SGPI, les dispositifs d'accompagnement des entreprises (AAP métaux critiques, Fonds métaux...). Il participe à l'évaluation des projets. - Contribuer à l'animation de l'écosystème, en appui à la délégation interministérielle au minerais et métaux stratégiques (DIAMMS) et à la communication sur les enjeux des approvisionnements et valorisation des productions via minéralinfo. Qualifications - Solides compétences techniques. - Capacités d'analyse et de raisonnement. - Curiosité intellectuelle, autonomie et proactivité. - Très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles (notes d'arbitrage, présentations). - Aptitude à travailler en équipe et en réseau dans un environnement interministériel et européen. - Aisance dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau. - Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable, notamment pour les travaux en lien avec les instances européennes. The Technology Analyst 3 role is responsible for evaluating business processes, making recommendations, developing innovative solutions, and improving processes using digital standards and technology. Analyst 3’s will make significant contributions to supporting cost containment and supply chain optimization for the Practice, orchestrating supply management system initiatives, process automation and bringing innovation to Mayo Clinic. Additionally, Analysts will train, advise and mentor SCM staff to fully enable an end-to-end digital supply chain. The role is expected to have a strong background in supply chain, finance, engineering or healthcare, with expertise in digital technology, including modern Analytics, Process Automation, Application Programming Interfaces and Product Management.
