Reguinal Distribution Lead – Canada East Department: Cyber Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Remote Description This individual is responsible for leading and executing the company’s broker engagement strategy across the Eastern Canadian region. This role sits at the intersection of broker relationships, regional market strategy, and internal alignment. The individual will focus on strengthening senior-level broker partnerships, ensuring alignment between the firm’s global growth priorities and regional execution, and elevating the company’s visibility and influence within the broker community. About the role This is a highly strategic role that requires strong executive presence, deep understanding of the Canadian insurance distribution landscape, and the ability to work cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, technology, leadership, and regional teams to drive long-term commercial success. Youll own the broker engagement plan for Eastern Canada, shaping a clear strategy aligned to our commercial priorities and then driving it through day-to-day execution. Youll build and maintain senior relationships with brokerage leadership and key producers in priority firms, representing the business in executive broker forums and wider industry settings to position us as a trusted market for complex and specialty risks. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Youll bring significant experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record in broker distribution and market engagement. Youll have deep knowledge of the Canadian broker landscape across the Eastern region. Were looking for someone with strong executive presence and credibility, who thinks strategically, uses insight to spot opportunities and can translate market signals into clear, actionable plans. Just as importantly, youll be highly collaborative and influential, able to align stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
