Job Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalsachbearbeitung / Human Resources idealerweise im Bereich Servicecenter und erste Recruiting Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Lohn-& Gehaltsabrechnung von Vorteil

Job Summary: The HR Generalist is responsible for consulting with and advising organizational leaders and employees on HR-related subjects. They act as the POD leader for a specific group of assigned locations, directing and overseeing the work of their direct reports. The Generalist anticipates employee, leader, stakeholder and related organizational needs, and they work across the HR function to deliver integrated solutions.
