Specifically, Flex Pod Supervisors will serve local teams by supporting cases needing intermittent support due to local coverage need. JOB SUMMARY Sr. Clinical Supervisor (Sr. SV) is primarily responsible for designing, modifying, implementing and supervising Applied Behavioral Analysis (“ABA”) programs designed to decrease maladaptive behaviors and increase social, communication and adaptive skills in clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (“ASD”) and/or other special needs. Additionally, this position supports Behavior Therapists in skill development, career development, and adherence to ACES’ policies and procedures. The Flex Pod supervisor can provide remote or traveling support to cases in need. This position reports to the Newark Clinical Director.
