• Service level of deliveries for retail, wholesale and showroom channels (% on-time and average delay). • Monitor supplier performance and the supplier allocation process: track order issuances and deliveries, WIP, monthly supply, lead time, production-chain prioritization and commercial terms. • Address production deviations together with the team. • Lead your team: manage performance indicators, analyze problems, map primary contributors to issues, create action plans and identify opportunities. • On-site monitoring of key suppliers.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably 1 year of experience in Production Planning (PCP) or Purchasing
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of factory/manufacturing routines (garment production), cutting, sewing and patternmaking is desirable

May interact with external customers and third parties in completing transactions or resolving escalated issues. - Coaches team members and provides applicable training.
