What you’ll do as a Lead CEE You’ll be entrusted to: - Lead on understanding and translating CEE contract needs into effective training and development solutions - Lead the design and ongoing enhancement of training programmes, ensuring they meet commissioner, regulatory, legislative, compliance, Ofsted, and awarding‑body requirements - Lead on measurement and performance data to inform customers, commissioners, and continuous improvement - Lead the delivery of efficient and effective induction programmes across different client areas - Deliver training interventions both face‑to‑face and remotely in line with programme needs - Ensure inclusive and accessible training aligned with Serco’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) principles - Maintain awareness of safeguarding, Prevent, learner welfare, and health and safety requirements - Support strong collaboration across segment leads, trainers, internal teams, and delivery partners - Contribute to planning, policy formation, and programme evaluation - Build partnerships with external organisations to support CEE programme development - Support the onboarding and development of trainers, fostering collaboration, best practice, and high standards - Identify and manage operational risks related to programme delivery - Support participants, learners, and agents with tailored development to improve job readiness and outcomes Does this sound like you?
