Recruiting Coordinator
Mia Aesthetics
• Posts, monitors, and tracks job openings across multiple job boards including LinkedIn • Creates prospect/candidate touch-point communication templates (i.e. scheduling interview, post interview communication, engage/re-engage prospective candidates, etc.) • Based on set criteria, reviews candidate profiles/lists to partition out viable prospects • Inputs, segments, and organizes candidates/leads in TrackerRMS • Assists in scheduling candidate screens/interviews • Assists with scheduling travel arrangements for onsite interviews • Conduct pre-onboarding tasks (i.e., Bamboo HR, Paylocity, background check initiation, new hire paperwork) • Tracks recruitment-related expenses (job boards, sourcing tools, marketing) • Tracks vendor communication, flag upcoming renewals, changes, and updates • Conducts research on specific markets to include compensation pay • Researches recruitment tools functionality in support of business initiatives/needs • Effectively leverages and utilizes platforms/tools to run email marketing and social media campaigns in collaboration with SMEs • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years’ experience supporting back-office recruiting efforts preferred
