• Serves as a subject matter expert to business unit leaders on core disciplines of HR (performance management, leaves, accommodations, employee relations, retention, exits) in support of business needs • Navigates HR matters with attention to detail and with excellence in analyzing the topic, researching paths to viable solutions, and driving solution application • Leads investigation when employee relation issues arise, documents accurate information, and partners with stakeholders to drive resolution • Presents assignments/projects timely and accurately displaying strong business acumen and HR knowledge • Collaborates with SVP, Human Resources on multiple matters as appropriate
• Posts, monitors, and tracks job openings across multiple job boards including LinkedIn • Creates prospect/candidate touch-point communication templates (i.e. scheduling interview, post interview communication, engage/re-engage prospective candidates, etc.) • Based on set criteria, reviews candidate profiles/lists to partition out viable prospects • Inputs, segments, and organizes candidates/leads in TrackerRMS • Assists in scheduling candidate screens/interviews • Assists with scheduling travel arrangements for onsite interviews • Conduct pre-onboarding tasks (i.e., Bamboo HR, Paylocity, background check initiation, new hire paperwork) • Tracks recruitment-related expenses (job boards, sourcing tools, marketing) • Tracks vendor communication, flag upcoming renewals, changes, and updates • Conducts research on specific markets to include compensation pay • Researches recruitment tools functionality in support of business initiatives/needs • Effectively leverages and utilizes platforms/tools to run email marketing and social media campaigns in collaboration with SMEs • Other duties as assigned
• Own the overall health and configuration integrity of the Salesforce org • Establish and enforce platform governance standards • Conduct regular org health assessments • Serve as the final decision-maker on declarative configuration changes • Partner with the Director of Business Systems Engineering • Own the Salesforce security model end-to-end • Own the Salesforce data model • Directly manage two Salesforce Administrators • Own the business stakeholder relationship for day-to-day platform needs • Contribute to the Salesforce platform roadmap • Stay current on Salesforce releases
• Build and lead our influencer program from the ground up for a multi-location plastic surgery brand • Own the full lifecycle: strategy, creator research and outreach, deal negotiation, campaign execution, compliance, and performance reporting • Design the influencer marketing strategy, program structure, and operating cadence (always-on + campaign-based) • Build the influencer pipeline process: discovery / vetting / outreach / negotiation / contracting / content planning / posting / reporting • Define creator tiers, offer structures, content packages, and pricing benchmarks • Research, identify, and qualify influencers across platforms aligned with aesthetic interests and target audiences • Evaluate creators on audience quality, engagement, geography, brand fit, content style, and reputational risk • Maintain a database/CRM of creators, rates, performance history, and communication status • Lead outreach and relationship-building with creators and talent managers/agencies • Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting/paid amplification, FTC disclosures, timelines, and compensation • Coordinate contracting and ensure deliverables and terms are clear and enforceable • Translate marketing goals into creator briefs, content concepts, and posting schedules • Manage content review, revisions, approvals, and publishing coordination • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution • Track performance against KPIs: reach, engagement, clicks, leads, booked consults, CPA/CPL, and ROI • Build reporting dashboards and post-campaign readouts with insights and next-step recommendations. • Ensure all influencer content follows FTC disclosure rules and internal guidelines • Lead and develop Marketing Team to achieve company goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment
