Job Description

GTM Recruiting Lead

Sardine

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM and G&A functions, including sales, partnerships, post-sales, sales engineering, marketing, finance, legal, people, and other business roles • Partner closely with hiring managers and company leaders to define role scope, align on candidate profile, and build effective hiring strategies for each search • Drive proactive sourcing and market mapping for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles • Screen, assess, and manage candidates throughout the interview process with strong judgment and a high bar for quality • Act as a trusted partner to hiring teams by providing market insight, funnel recommendations, and calibration support throughout the search • Own candidate experience from first outreach through offer close, ensuring a thoughtful and efficient process • Lead offer strategy and closing for top candidates, balancing candidate motivations with business needs • Help improve recruiting processes, interview structure, and hiring manager alignment as we continue to scale

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup and 2+ years as a player-coach leading and developing others while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Proven experience recruiting both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, marketing, GTM) roles in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding the nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures.
  • High energy, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
