Contract Manager

• Lead and manage a team of contract professionals, overseeing workload, priorities, and performance • Provide coaching, professional development, and training for new hires on contracting policies and best practices • Manage, draft, review and negotiate high profile, complex client contracts • Review redlines using pre-approved language and make determinations when escalation is required • Address client questions, drafts emails, and participates on calls related to client questions • Escalates client concerns on information requests, compliance confirmations, pricing, and business team questions • Oversee contract drafting and provide coverage and escalation support as needed • Review and analyze high profile, complex client-provided contract documents • Maintain accurate records in contract management systems • Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, expirations, and compliance obligations • Prepare and facilitate Law Department reviews and interpret legal/regulatory matters • Attend stakeholder calls to address business concerns and facilitate escalations • Partner with the Law Department to interpret contractual terms and resolve disputes • Work closely with business units to understand client requirements and service expectations • Advise internal stakeholders on contract structure, process, and risk considerations • Conduct training and provide guidance to business teams on contracting best practices • Monitor DNA Paternity government and state bid opportunities and support proposal development

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience, with 1 -3 years in leadership roles
  • 8 years’ relevant experience without an Associate degree, with 1-3 years in leadership roles
  • 3-5 years’ experience drafting and negotiating DNA Paternity contracts
  • 3-5 years’ experience drafting DNA Paternity Government Bids
  • 3-5 years’ experience working with federal/state/government agencies
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in iCertis
  • Organization skills
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe

Overview Provides medical management to workers compensation injured employees, performing case management through telephonic and in-person contact with injured workers and medical providers. Coordinates with employers and claims professionals to manage medical care in order to return injured employee to work. How you'll make an impact Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating medical evaluation and treatment - Meeting with physician and injured worker to collaborate on treatment plan and to discuss goals for return to work - Keeping employer and referral source updated regarding medical treatment and work status - Coordinating ancillary services, e.g. home health, durable medical equipment, and physical therapy. Communicates with employers to determine job requirements and to explore modified or alternate employment. - Discusses and evaluates results of treatment plan with physician and injured worker using Evidence Based Guidelines to ensure effective outcome. - Documents case management observations, assessment, and plan. - Generates reports for referral source to communicate case status and recommendations. - Generates ongoing correspondence to referral source, employer, medical providers, injured worker, and other participants involved in the injured worker's treatment plan. - May participate in telephonic case conferences. - Maintains a minimum caseload of 35 files, and 150 monthly billable hours, with minimum 95% quality compliance. About You Required - Nursing or medical degree from an accredited institution with an active Registered Nursing license or medical license within the state of practice or states in which case management is performed. - 2-4 years of work experience. - Responsible for completing required and applicable training, in order to maintain proficiency and licensing requirements. - Able to travel to appointments within approximately a 2 hour radius. - Intermediate to advanced computer skills; Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc. Desired: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Worker's Compensation experience is preferred. - Certification in related field preferred. - 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred. Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Safety Manager with global pre-market and post-market study expertise in cardiovascular medical devices. This remote-based EU role is pivotal in ensuring timely review, identification and communication of safety signals for drug eluting balloons and contributing to the execution of our clinical investigations in conformity with all applicable requirements and standards. The Clinical Safety Manager will be responsible for review, evaluation, and analysis of safety events and information from ongoing clinical studies, supporting clinical and regulatory activities across several clinical studies. Key Responsibilities - Continuously review and analyze adverse events and safety data from ongoing clinical studies to monitor and identify any emerging safety signals or trends, potential risks, or emerging safety issues associated with the investigational products. - Investigate, manage and process all Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) for assigned clinical research trials - Support safety-related documents/sections in the clinical program development (e.g. CIP, CSR, ICF, IB, etc.) - Review, or prepare and submit, safety reports to regulatory agencies (individual or summary reports), in compliance with applicable country regulatory requirements and guidelines. - Support safety responses to address any regulatory queries or concerns related to safety signals or safety reports - Perform literature surveillance activities, develop and maintain search strategies to ensure comprehensive safety evaluations and identify any new or unexpected safety issues from published medical literature - Lead regular safety review meetings and contribute to discussions on safety data interpretation, safety signal assessment and risk mitigation strategies. - Generate safety narratives for Adverse Event (AE) cases as required - Create Safety Plans as applicable - Develop DSMB and CEC charters - Oversees timelines for adverse event processing, reviews summary safety data at regular intervals and monitors CEC adjudication results. - Monitor and track all safety action items from safety oversight committees (CEC and DSMB) to ensure timely implementation of any risk mitigation strategy - Support data review and presentation development for data monitoring committee meetings - Contribute to the coding of events according to MedDRA or IMDRF standards. - Manage the monitoring and reporting of personal data breaches (PHI), in compliance with applicable regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) - Contribute upon request to safety documentation for marketed devices: clinical data reviews, periodic safety update reports, etc. Strategic Impact Support oversight of safety management for the sponsored clinical studies and commercial devices, with an initial focus on drug-eluting balloon catheters.
