Marketing Automation Specialist

• Own the end-to-end review, build and deployment of global emails with accuracy • Build and manage customer journeys and automated lifecycle campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC) • Manage global email calendar while maintaining best practices • Execute QA and end-to-end testing for all campaigns. Ensure communications are vetted, approved, and tested • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize campaign performance through testing and segmentation • Manage lists from multiple databases for email and automation campaigns (via Data extensions) • Assist in development & editing of cloud pages with forms • Maintain current processes for email best practices and new marketing automation tools when introduced • Share insights and ideas with the team to help with process and performance improvement • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR • Troubleshoot email automation and/or build errors • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Previous SFMC experience (2+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of online/email marketing execution focused on established processes and procedures
  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM and GDPR required
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office/O365, with a focus on Excel
  • HTML/CSS experience
  • SQL knowledge or exposure desirable
  • Monday.com experience (Project management software) desirable
  • Experience working with AI tools or a demonstrated willingness to learn
