Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing agency, specifically in a managerial role overseeing client work.
- Exceptional English communication skills — clear, articulate, and client‑ready.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Hands‑on familiarity with marketing execution platforms, ideally including Go High Level and similar tools.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor project managers and cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable acting as the final quality and escalation checkpoint before leadership involvement.

You’ll own marketing automation, CRM integrity, attribution, and campaign infrastructure. This role ensures our marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and aligned with revenue. The Marketing Operations Manager owns our marketing automation engine and is the core architect behind an AI-powered, highly integrated demand system. You will own Marketo day to day and lead our migration from Marketo to HubSpot, while also serving as the SEM integrations and domain expert.
