What to Expect: The Production Operations Systems Analyst supports the stability, functionality, and continuous improvement of operational tools and data systems that drive production performance. This role serves as the primary Tier 2 support resource for internal production, membership, and CSD-related systems, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and root causes are identified. In addition to day-to-day support, this role contributes to automation initiatives, system enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of internally developed tools, including Excel/VBA-based applications and SQL-backed systems. The ideal candidate is technically strong, highly analytical, and comfortable working across a wide range of both proprietary and third-party software solutions.
