Field Support Analyst

Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: - Build WRTs into our system - Submit ERFs when the Market Lead is out - Submit NTEs if material is needed - Schedule crews for daily work when the Market Lead is out - Update the tickets to provide status within the MNS Maintenance Platform from start to finish - Update projects in Oracle once billing is approved - Finalize all projects to closure, ensuring that costs are transferred as needed and revenue is applied to the project - Submit NTEs for all Out of the Box Failures - Put all closeouts into Closeout Packages - Fill out the Timesheet per updates from the techs and data within the ticket - Download pictures and acquire a signed AMF if applicable - Upload pictures into MDAT - Submit billing into ATT’s ACAS system - Track all approvals and submit all approvals to the local office so they can finalize the project with revenue and cost adjustments, and submit invoices to AR within Oracle - Upload all ACAS MNS timesheets into our STAACS system, showing all revenue and costs associated with the ticket, which downloads into an ODC where Revenue/Cost are analyzed for future bids in the current market - Work with ATT MCAC to acquire all Warranty Recall tickets and get a PO generated - Send off all PO PDFs to the local PM for them to set up projects from the local office - Maintain traction on closeouts needed from techs and follow up with the team when it comes to signed AMFs needed - Other job duties as assigned Qualifications Skills and Experience: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency - Able to operate in a high-stress, fast-paced environment - 1-2 years of related experience - Pre-planning and forward thinking - Communication skills - Problem-Solving skills - Financial acumen - Must have the ability and be willing to travel, as required, for job-related functions - Works primarily in an office environment Hard work pays off.
