Team Lead, Paid Media
Seer Interactive
• Drive Paid Media strategy through an integrated approach, leveraging expertise across channels including Google, Meta/IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Programmatic, and more • Leverage big data, automation, and machine learning to make optimization and growth recommendations at scale and help clients get the most out of every dollar • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Creative, and Analytics to build holistic strategies that go beyond the channel • Create, test, and optimize ad copy and landing pages rooted in data to drive relevant experiences and measurable results • Contribute to Seer's thought leadership through blog posts, industry forums, internal trainings, and team knowledge-sharing • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and extension of their team • (For senior/lead levels) Manage and develop a team of Paid Media practitioners, setting a high bar for excellence and coaching others toward growth • (For senior/lead levels) Contribute to divisional revenue growth through up-sells, cross-sells, and partnership with the business development team
Job Requirements
- Experience managing Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms, industries, and campaign types
- Fluency in data: comfortable analyzing large, multi-channel data sets and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with automation, machine learning, and tools like Supermetrics and Google Data Studio (or equivalent)
- A collaborative, integrated mindset. You understand that Paid Media works best alongside SEO, Creative, and Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can make technical insights digestible and compelling for clients
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; experience with data viz tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects without losing quality
- (For senior/lead levels) Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members; comfortable with 4+ direct reports
- A genuine curiosity about where the industry is headed: emerging channels, AI, new measurement approaches excite you
