Overview Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional support? We’re looking for a UK Systems Analyst – First Line Support to join our Pension Systems Department. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the systems that power our pension administration business. If you’re a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a knack for troubleshooting, we’d love to hear from you! How you'll make an impact - Monitoring the ServiceNow call logging system and support department mailboxes. - Identifying, organising, and resolving tickets based on priority and deadlines. - Distributing tickets to the appropriate departments or teams. - Providing first-line support for Pensions Administration software and financial software packages, including CCM Browser, CCM Core, Lloydslink, Aviary, and PT-X. - Supporting the Pensions Portal Website and work management systems. - Creating and maintaining team process documentation. - Managing user maintenance across pensions and financial systems. - Creating and maintaining mail merge documentation and generating reports on pension software. - Conducting peer reviews and ensuring your work is reviewed for accuracy and quality. - Taking ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard. About You - Experience with a call logging system (e.g., ServiceNow). - Ability to provide support via telephone, email, or live chat applications. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access). - Desirable: Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. - Desirable: Understanding of UK pensions. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for assisting the customer with strategic and tactical planning, monitoring, and evaluating progress, and providing advice and support. Over time, the candidate will become more involved with other AJW-242 programs. Duties to include, but not be limited to the following: - Assist with the planning, organizing, securing, and managing of resources for the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. - Participate in all program activities and provide recommendations. - Update Primavera schedule to reflect current and expected project activities and milestones. - Help ensure all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. - Interface with functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel. - Research, gather, and analyze complex data to develop reports, prepare dashboards, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements in all phases of program management. - Classify and summarize data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis. - Provide support in developing, updating, and analyzing project database tracking programs. - Create specialized reports for analysis of financial status, project prioritization, and schedule establishment. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. - 5-years of professional experience with scheduling and project management. - Needs to possess strong organizational skills to help monitor multiple tasks, organize the workflow, and designing processes to achieve established goals. - Prior experience with scheduling and resource programs, specifically Primavera P6. - Create the budget and criteria guidelines received from the Program Office. The Program Office develops its’ Budget Plan for current fiscal year plus 5 years. - Data input, analyzing information, including project and document tracking. Maintain data via project specific documents on the SharePoint website. Part of the coordination and tracking of projects includes reviewing and validating documents which are required to meet program guidelines and criteria. Verify documents are uploaded to the site and review documents to assure quality control for all projects. - Research, extract, validate, track, and disseminate project information to Lines of Business (LOBs) within the FAA, both at Headquarters and throughout Service Area. Work closely with the Program Office, Regional, District and Local Managers; Specialists, EOSH; Requirements; and Project Implementation Managers concerning current and future Budget Plan Fiscal Years. - Develop, write, and implement processes and procedures. Well versed in reading and understanding FAA Orders, documents, legal implications, and environmental knowledge. - Working knowledge and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint. - Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security clearance. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience working in federal government contracting, particularly with the FAA. - Knowledge of FAA management systems such as Tableau, Knowledge Services Network (KSN), CWP, REGIS, PRISM, and Delphi. - Certified Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP).
