• Engineer, operate, and support enterprise-grade services in cloud and hybrid environments • Lead and support migration of on-premises services to cloud platforms, ensuring continuity, performance, and reliability • Manage and optimize service performance, availability, and scalability across multiple enterprise systems • Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and performance management solutions • Ensure services meet defined SLAs, SLOs, and operational requirements • Troubleshoot complex service integration and performance issues across infrastructure, identity, and user environments • Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient service delivery • Document service architectures, operational runbooks, and support procedures • Provide senior-level technical guidance and mentoring to engineering peers

T Cloud Public is a public cloud standard product based on open source community software and driven by principles of DevSecOps. Your Tasks As "Tester Quality Assurance Public Cloud" you understand the latest developments in cloud and container technology. Customer-oriented, you will further develop the stability, reliability and quality of our Open Telekom Cloud platform. Qualifications Your Profile - Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training. - 5-7 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies. - Experience with test methods, test automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Pytest) and test libraries (Selenium). - Practical knowledge of Linux and Terraform. - Python programming knowledge. - High level of customer focus. - Knowledge of agile development processes. - Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches to solutions. - OpenStack, AI usage in testing or programming experience in open source projects is a plus. - Fluency in written and spoken English. - You will be working in the European Union to meet our customers' data security and privacy requirements.
