Senior Cloud Engineer – GCP

InPost Group

• Design and implement a cloud-native platform architecture on GCP • Build scalable guardrails for multi-team, multi-environment setups with compliance requirements • Create reusable infrastructure that enables self-service provisioning • Define cloud governance: IAM strategies, organizational policies, policy-as-code • Write design documents and represent technical divisions in cross-team and leadership forums

Job Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with GCP (AWS/Azure background is complementary but not a substitute)
  • Production Kubernetes experience - networking, security, tenancy, lifecycle management
  • Terraform at the module-authoring level, not just the consumer level
  • Solid networking fundamentals: VPC design, CIDR planning, DNS, hybrid connectivity
  • Experience working in compliance -driven environments (SOC2, PCI-DSS, or similar)
  • GitOps methodology and tooling
  • Observability stack experience (metrics, structured logging, tracing)
  • Clear technical communication - you can write a design doc and defend it
