This is a remote position. WHAT WE’RE BUILDING Every quarter, companies waste 60% of their recruiting budget on candidates they’ll never hire. The average role takes 44 days to fill. The best candidates accept competing offers while hiring teams are stuck in scheduling hell. Parikshak.ai ends this. Our Prompt-to-Hire™ platform is an end-to-end AI hiring engine — it sources candidates, screens resumes, conducts structured AI video interviews autonomously, and delivers ranked shortlists in 48 hours. We’ve already helped 300+ hiring teams, screened 50,000+ candidates, and are trusted by Series A–D founders, CHROs, and talent heads at some of India’s fastest-growing companies. The market is enormous. The timing is now. And we’re building the team that will take this to every hiring team in the country. THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for someone who wants to help us reach the customers who need this most — and who’s willing to do the unglamorous, high-leverage work of building that pipeline from scratch. This is a Founder’s Office role. You’ll work directly with the founding team on business development, market research, and growth. The scope will expand as you prove yourself. People who do well here go on to own functions, not just support them. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON • Identify and research the right customer segments — founders, CHROs, talent heads at high-growth companies • Build targeted lead lists and support outreach campaigns • Analyse competitors and market dynamics to sharpen how we position Parikshak • Help develop case studies, content, and campaign materials that convert • Use AI tools to make research, prospecting, and outreach dramatically faster • Run growth experiments and track what actually moves the needle • Work on whatever cross-functional problem needs solving that week Requirements YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF • You find yourself reading about business models, growth strategies, and market dynamics in your spare time • You’ve used AI tools to do research or build a workflow that genuinely saved time • You write clearly, concisely, and without needing multiple rounds of editing • You can hold a confident conversation with a founder or a CHRO without a script • You see something that needs doing and do it — before being asked THIS ISN’T FOR YOU IF • You’re expecting a structured rotation with defined deliverables each week • You’ve never thought seriously about how B2B sales and growth actually work • You need clear direction before you can move TOOLS YOU’LL LIKELY USE LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Claude, ChatGPT, HubSpot — and whatever combination gets you there fastest.
