We are seeking an experienced Load Coverage Specialist/Dispatcher to join and help establish a high-performing dispatch team. This role requires strong expertise in load coverage, freight coordination, and dispatch operations. They are building a strong, experienced dispatch team and looking for a veteran in the load coverage field to lead operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end load coverage and dispatch operations - Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries - Track and monitor shipments, providing proactive updates to all stakeholders - Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving during transit - Communicate effectively with drivers, addressing issues and providing support - Use loadboard and TMS systems for freight management and dispatch - Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers - Lead by example and potentially mentor junior team members as the team grows Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in load coverage, dispatch, or freight brokerage operations - Strong experience using loadboards, covering loads, and moving freight - Excellent communication skills with clear English proficiency (phone-based role) - Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills - Customer service mindset with a focus on relationship building - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong work ethic - Experience with standard TMS systems used for load coverage and dispatch - Leadership qualities and the ability to set standards for a growing team Working conditions: - Working schedule - Mon-Fri 7 am-5 pm CST - Work mode - remote - Competitive Salary in USD - 10+ business days of paid time off - Equipment provided - A supportive team - Remote eligibility Join our team and become an integral part of our mission to provide reliable and efficient freight transportation solutions to our customers.
