Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or related field is a plus) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships - Business mindset with a drive to build and grow a client base business - Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. - Interested in financial planning, wealth management, and helping clients achieve financial security. - Life and Health licenses or FINRA registrations preferred, or a willingness to obtain. - Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
