Responsabilidades: - Facilitar y liderar las ceremonias Scrum: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews y retrospectivas. - Asegurar la correcta adopción de los principios y prácticas ágiles, fomentando la colaboración, la autoorganización y la transparencia del equipo. - Acompañar y dar soporte a los equipos de desarrollo en su día a día, eliminando impedimentos y promoviendo un entorno de alto rendimiento. - Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos técnicos gracias a un conocimiento básico de APIs, arquitectura de microservicios y cloud computing, favoreciendo una comunicación fluida y eficaz. - Trabajar junto a Product Owners para asegurar la correcta alineación de prioridades, objetivos y expectativas del proyecto. - Utilizar Jira y Confluence para la gestión del trabajo, la documentación del proyecto, el seguimiento del progreso y la medición de métricas clave. - Facilitar sesiones de colaboración y dinámicas de trabajo mediante Miro, impulsando la creatividad y la resolución de problemas de forma visual. - Comunicar de forma clara y continua el estado del proyecto a stakeholders, gestionando expectativas y posibles riesgos. - Analizar métricas de desempeño del equipo para identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos.Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua, aprendizaje y experimentación dentro del equipo y la organización. Ensure timely availability of supplier-delivered parts and assemblies by aligning procurement and supplier commitments to the Integrated Master Schedule for outages and upgrade projects.
