Who You Are HomeLight is looking for an Agent Success Associate to join our growing sales organization. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in expanding adoption of the HomeLight platform by engaging high-performing real estate agents and guiding them through a thoughtful, consultative onboarding experience. You’ll focus on building trust with agents, understanding their business needs, and helping them see how HomeLight can become a valuable, long-term partner. You’ll work closely with a Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) in an assigned market and take full ownership of the agent journey from first contact through successful activation, before transitioning the relationship to the SRM. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who brings curiosity, grit, and a desire to learn in a fast-moving tech environment. What You’ll Do Here - Proactively reach out to high-performing real estate agents across the U.S. via phone, email, and text, introducing HomeLight and building professional, consultative relationships. - Guide agents through the end-to-end onboarding process, including explaining how HomeLight referrals work, walking through contracts and platform preferences, and ensuring agents are fully set up to receive and convert leads - Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded agents during their initial ramp period, helping them understand and use HomeLight tools such as our mobile app and warm transfer features. - Maintain a consistent daily outreach cadence that balances activity volume with thoughtful, high-quality conversations - Partner closely with Senior Relationship Managers to identify the right agents to onboard, share insights from agent conversations, and ensure smooth handoffs once agents are activated What You Bring - Recent college graduate interested in building a career in sales, customer success, or partnerships within a tech or real estate-adjacent company. - Strong interest in learning the real estate industry and developing consultative sales skills - Exposure to real estate is a plus (e.g., family members in the industry, internships, brokerage roles, ISAs, transaction coordinators), but not required. - Comfort with outbound communication, including phone calls, emails, and texts, and the ability to build rapport with experienced professionals. - Coachable, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to take feedback, learn quickly, and adapt as processes evolve. - Strong sense of ownership and follow-through—you’re organized, reliable, and committed to seeing agents through the full onboarding process. - Comfort using modern tools and systems (CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoom/Zoom Phone, mobile apps) and eagerness to learn new technology.
