• Build the data infrastructure for robots operating in the real world. • Engage with key organizations in the private defense sector to expand Foxglove’s presence. • Navigate the full sales process and position our platform for customer success. • Partner closely with CEO and Solutions Engineers to tailor solutions to customer demands. • Support organizations in scaling autonomous systems and optimizing data workflows.

• Be the face of Foxglove to ~20 of the most impactful robotics companies in Europe, post sales, to ensure they are gaining maximum value from Foxglove. • Lead executive level engagements and ad-hoc meetings with both senior and junior clients; including going on-site across the robotics industry. • Drive enablement - understand robotics customers workflows, redesign processes, drive adoption of new workflows to our robotics clients using Foxglove. • Act as a liaison between customers and our product and engineering teams to advocate for user needs and platform improvements. • Build and champion the best practices that drive the robotics development flywheel. • Provide direct support to robotics companies you are focussed on.

• Ingesting massive volumes of sensor data through both batch and realtime offload • Providing low-latency random-access (in device, time, sensors) playback over massive volumes of live or recorded data • Multi-cloud architecture (we deploy in customer cloud accounts across GCP/AWS/Azure) • Offloading data from remote devices in network constrained environments • Building systems to manage petabytes of multi-modal data reliably and efficiently

• Customer Collaboration – Embed deeply with customer teams to understand business goals, domain constraints, and technical requirements. • Design & Development – Architect and build end-to-end solutions with an experiment-driven, iterative approach (TypeScript/React, Node.js, Python, ROS, SQL). • Scoping & Planning – Draft clear scopes of work, timelines, and success metrics for proofs-of-concept through production roll-outs. • Hands-On Delivery – Code side-by-side with customer engineers, deploying on their cloud or on-prem environments to ensure successful adoption. • Cross-Functional Alignment – Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success on the same accounts to guarantee seamless experiences and measurable outcomes. • Product Feedback Loop – Relay frontline insights to Research, Product, and Engineering; your learnings shape our roadmap. • Internal Enablement – Document best practices, contribute to internal libraries, and mentor future FDEs so the function scales efficiently.
