About the Role As the EMEA regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Building & Technical Operations, you'll be the driving force behind our workplace infrastructure reliability across ~ 20 locations. You will work in close relationship with the individual Location Operations Managers and exchange with the SME's from other regions. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and track maintenance delivery across the portfolio, ensuring work is properly scheduled, delivered, and reported while maintaining current asset inventory and maintenance plans - Ensure operational reliability of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and other critical infrastructure to keep building services running safely - Drive technical and regulatory compliance by supporting Location Operations Managers with standards implementation and maintaining audit-ready documentation - Manage high-risk work including shutdowns, power-downs, and business-critical interventions with disciplined change control and stakeholder coordination - Own asset and maintenance data governance in the IWMS/Asset & Maintenance Management platform, defining clear rules for creation, updates, and validation - Coordinate building IoT/OT operations including BMS controls, metering, sensors, and alarms, ensuring they follow IT and security policies - Support digital monitoring initiatives that improve reliability, response times, and compliance evidence - Provide operations expertise to projects throughout all phases - Maintain accurate system documentation including operating manuals and system logs - Lead incident troubleshooting with structured approaches, prioritizing safety and business-critical issues - Coordinate with IT and Physical Security on CCTV and Physical Access Control System issues About the Team The Corporate Real Estate & Services (CRES) team is responsible for maintaining workplace excellence. We ensure our facilities provide safe, compliant, and productive environments through strategic governance and operational expertise. Our team works in a matrix structure where Location Operations Managers handle day-to-day execution while regional experts like you provide technical governance and assurance that maintains our high standards. About You You're a technical operations professional who combines hands-on expertise with strategic thinking. You excel at translating technical requirements into practical solutions and work well with stakeholders across a matrix organization. Your attention to detail ensures compliance, while your problem-solving abilities keep operations running smoothly even during critical incidents. You feel comfortable communicating between technical expert and management level. We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements: - 8+ years in multi-site technical operations, facilities engineering, or building infrastructure management (office or comparable environments) - Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure, with confidence in complex troubleshooting and decision-making - Provider and contract management experience, including SLA/KPI-based performance governance - Strong discipline in documentation, internal controls, and audit readiness, comfortable working in an IWMS/AMM or CMMS environment - Project experience across commissioning/testing and handover to operations - Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment as a clear, pragmatic communicator - Fluent English (additional regional languages are a plus) These are additional nice to haves: - Engineering degree (or equivalent practical experience) - Hands-on experience with Planon (or similar IWMS) and asset/master data governance - Working knowledge of building controls/BMS and OT interfaces Occasional travel within Europe may be required. (Families in Recovery Succeeding Together- AFF) helps parents address substance abuse issues that are affecting their ability to care appropriately for their children or to get and keep a job. It provides the opportunity for families to overcome the barrier of substance abuse to reach the outcomes of permanency for children, family reunification and self-sufficiency. The goal of the program is to reduce or eliminate abuse of and dependence on alcohol and other drugs and to address other adverse conditions related to substance abuse. The Substance Abuse Case Coordinator serves individuals referred to Catholic Charities’ Arizona Families F.I.R.S.T. program (Families in Recovery Succeeding Together – “AFF”) which supports parents address substance abuse issues that are affecting their ability to care appropriately for their children. For clients in the JOBS program, it will assist clients to get and keep a job. Responsible for providing comprehensive case management including leading groups in discussion to assist families in overcoming the barriers of substance abuse to reach permanency for children, family reunification and self-sufficiency. This position is a telecommuter position. Qualifications - Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. - At least 3 years of related experience including working with multi-problem families in the field of substance abuse, child welfare, or behavioral health. - An Associate’s degree in a human service or behavioral health-related area of study preferred.
