As an Account Manager, you will: - Play a critical role within our fast-paced Ad Sales team to support the full sales cycle, spearheading proposals through execution - Be responsible for managing & developing client relationships - Proactively identifying strategic approaches for new or incremental opportunities as well as upselling products and services - Contribute to revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction through establishing and building trusted client relationships - Deliver a best-in-class partnership experience for NBCU advertising clients and their campaigns - Maintain a high standard of operational excellence while executing effective, performance-driven campaigns - Leverage your strong communication skills and attention to detail are required, as well as a focus on continual improvement and learning Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Building and managing relationships with existing and potential new clients and agencies through routine communication; actively grow industry relationships in order to gain marketplace intelligence - Synergistically work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction (Sales, Client Partnerships, Streaming & Data Products, Content Partnerships, Planning, Marketing, Research, Operations, etc.) - Support day-to-day client deliverables across the pre-sale and post-sale lifespan of campaigns.
