Job Description: Position Overview: As a Solutions Enablement Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and adoption of HPE Networking's Portfolios and Solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enablement programs that empower HPE Networking's Security sales and technical sellers to effectively position and sell the HPE Networking Security Technology. You will be collaborating with Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Marketing, and Go-To-Market enablement teams in the Revenue Enablement org. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams will be instrumental in achieving business objectives and driving customer success. Key Responsibilities: - Enablement Program Strategy: Develop a comprehensive enablement program strategy for HPE Networking's SASE & Security portfolio, aligning with overall business goals and sales objectives. - Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts, product management, and marketing teams to create high-quality enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, sales guides, demo scripts, solution presentations, and hands-on labs. - Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to internal teams, including sales, systems engineers, and channel partners, to equip them with the knowledge and skills required to effectively sell. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate product updates, and ensure that enablement materials are up to date and aligned with the latest product offerings. - Enablement Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs. Generate regular reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and communicate success to stakeholders. - Industry and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges in the campus and enterprise access layer and switching space. Incorporate this knowledge into enablement programs to help position HPE Networking's solutions as industry-leading and differentiated. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, relevant industry-based certifications or other certified training is a must. Experience as a field Account Manager or SE is a major plus. - Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, technical sales or enablement roles, preferably within the networking, software aaS, data center, or telecommunications industry. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, such as: - Threat detection & response - Zero Trust - Identity & access management (IAM) - Cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP) - Data protection & compliance - Ability to translate technical security concepts into business value messaging. - Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks: - NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS controls, ISO 27001. - Understanding of security product categories and how they're sold: - SIEM, XDR, EDR, SASE, DLP, etc. - Strong knowledge of access layer and switching technologies, AI operations, routing protocols, and security considerations. - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including virtual and in-person sessions. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address customer requirements and challenges. - Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. - Certifications such as PMI, is a plus.
