Client Services Manager
Epic Staffing Group
• Lead and support the Client Services team and supporting functions, overseeing daily operations and coordinating efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and adherence to established processes and standards. • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop individualized development plans for team members. • Motivate the team to achieve targets in interviews, placements, and revenue, supporting divisional goals. • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the team, including assistance with escalated scenarios. • Oversee processes and proactively identify opportunities for improving efficiencies and processes. • Ensure team compliance with process guidelines, documented SOPs, and departmental requirements. • Conduct system audits to maintain compliance with established requirements and metrics. • Collaborate with peers and leaders across teams to establish and nurture partnerships and business relationships. • Prepare periodic reports to track sales volume, potential sales, and areas for client base expansion.
Job Requirements
- Four years of experience in Client or Account Management, focusing on Relationship and Inside Sales functions.
- Prior staffing experience preferred.
- Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
- Make quality decisions and meet timeliness of those decisions.
- Engage others for input, contribution, and shared responsibility for outcomes.
- Present self as a positive representative of the organization.
