What can you expect from your work at Afni? This position is for auto insurance sales, so you will be handling mainly inbound calls from people looking to purchase auto insurance. You will deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency. Sales-focused mindset: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service. Sales experience: Minimum 6 months in a sales role Work at Home: A minimum of 6 months of work-at-home experience is required. Available for paid training to include 2 weeks of licensing, 3 weeks of product training and 4 weeks of continued training. Available to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week (40 hours/week), including weekends and some holidays, between 7:30am - 12:30am EST. Previous Work at Home experience preferred Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States. Role Description Oversees the coordination, execution, and monitoring of Hoosier Energy’s Integrated Vegetation Management (IVM) program. Provides technical as well as supervisory direction and assigns tasks to internal right-of-way crews and vegetation management contractors to accomplish all aspects of the IVM plan and positive property owner relationships. Must maintain compliance with Hoosier Energy’s vegetation management plan, electrical clearance requirements, OSHA, NERC/RRO and other industry standards. Ensures crew and contractor safe, efficient, and effective work practices are maintained.
