Specifically, the role is integral to multiple growth areas of the team: ● Growing and Managing Clients (Account Mgmt) ● Deepening and Adding New Offerings (Strategy & Product) The ideal individual for the role excels at working with and guiding Enterprise Brand/Fortune 500 Clients, can translate business challenges into new strategies, and lead a diverse team of Amazon experts across account management, strategy, media, and analytics/intelligence offerings…all while being willing/able to be entrepreneurial, nimble, and get into the weeds. The role reports into a Director, Brands Services. ● Client/Account Management o Develop and manage day-to-day client relationships o Communication, prioritization, and creation of client deliverables o Advise clients on growing their Amazon business through paid media, content, and other initiatives o Manage and coordinate delivery across Feedvisor teams in media, insights, content, engineering and marketplace management o Create/implement new processes and standardization across internal work streams and client initiatives ● Amazon Ecosystem Expertise o Leverage and expand knowledge of how the Amazon/eMarketplace ecosystem works, with emphasis on Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Content/SEO & Experience Optimization. o Leverage and learn how Feedvisor offerings in media, Intelligence, etc. work and differentiate from the competition Must Haves

Job Requirements

  • ● 5+ years’ experience in an account/client management role, ideally at a media or ecommerce agency ● Experience working with large Enterprise/Global brands in areas of media, ecommerce, and/or consulting ● Fluency in media/advertising/technology industry terms and able to simplify + communicate complex topics ● Proven success overseeing delivery of paid media budgets in excess of $500K /month ● Ability to manage client expectations and priorities
  • ● Strong organizational skills with experience project managing multiple work streams at the same time ● Demonstrated success in turning ideas into actions
  • ● Proven track record of selling through recommendations to internal teams and/or clients ● Experience building content for and presenting to mid and/or senior-level clients
  • ● Work comfortably in dynamic, deadline driven environments juggling multiple high visibility projects at once

  • ● Experience scoping content/media projects, building staffing plans and drafting SOWs (familiarity working with procurement platforms a plus)

Role Description Oversees the coordination, execution, and monitoring of Hoosier Energy’s Integrated Vegetation Management (IVM) program. Provides technical as well as supervisory direction and assigns tasks to internal right-of-way crews and vegetation management contractors to accomplish all aspects of the IVM plan and positive property owner relationships. Must maintain compliance with Hoosier Energy’s vegetation management plan, electrical clearance requirements, OSHA, NERC/RRO and other industry standards. Facilitates successful mitigation of permitting, environmental and other constraining issues. Creates a work environment that fosters communication and collaboration within and between departments and external stakeholders. Ensures crew and contractor safe, efficient, and effective work practices are maintained.
