Learn more at www.dminc.com About the Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Computer Network Architect to provide end-to-end design, integration, and modernization of TSA’s enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid cloud, and airport operational technology environments. Duties and Responsibilities: This individual leads the architectural development of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, campus networking, and connectivity solutions, ensuring designs meet stringent TSA security, availability, and performance requirements. The Architect works collaboratively with TSA stakeholders and the O&M contractor to develop network architectures that support mission-critical operations including passenger screening and law enforcement data exchange. In this role, the Senior Computer Network Architect produces detailed design documentation, configuration runbooks, and transition packages that enable the O&M contractor to sustain implemented solutions post-deployment. The individual leads lab validation, pre-production testing, and cutover planning for network upgrades and migrations, including connectivity modernization initiatives involving internet, satellite, and cellular wireless alternatives. The Architect is also expected to provide technical guidance on interoperability between TSA IT and OT systems and partner agency networks. Qualifications Education and Years of Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise network architecture and engineering is required, with hands-on expertise in routing and switching, network segmentation, zero-trust architectures, and integration with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Experience in federal network environments governed by DHS cybersecurity standards is strongly preferred. Candidates must be clearable under TSA’s three-phase fitness determination process and able to participate in after-hours deployment windows consistent with TSA’s operational tempo. Clearance Requirements: Successful completion of a government security screening and/or a Secret Clearance Background Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
