We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico. - Bachelor's degree - 10 years in systems development or data architecture work - 10 years in Military or Government related field of work - 5 years in healthcare or financial field of work - Experience with SQL (including ability to build queries from scratch, join disparate data sets together, and how to optimize code) - Experience with programming languages - such as Java, C++, and/or Python, data architecture, and systems development. - Experience with complex data extraction - Knowledge of the healthcare data structures, including EMR and claims Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Common Table Expressions (CTEs) breaking complex queries into modular blocks. - Proficiency in business analytics, metrics/reports, and healthcare applications - Experience with recursive queries to navigate hierarchical data structures. Qualifications Level I Qualifications: - Technical or vocational school or equivalent experience. - 1-2 years of experience in an enterprise network or CCNA Certification or equivalent certification. - Basic knowledge of network protocols, routers, and switches. - Ability to use network troubleshooting tools and software. - Ability to communicate with network providers, PC hardware personnel, and communications equipment vendors. Level II Additional Qualifications: - Technical or vocational school or equivalent. - Broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems. - Knowledge of network protocols, such as EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF. - Ability to troubleshoot difficult network problems using available tools and software. - Ability to communicate to network associates on how to solve problems, work with network providers, PC hardware personnel, and communications equipment vendors to resolve network problems or requests. - Experience with Cisco router, switches, and Fortinet firewalls. - Applied knowledge of TCP/IP, IPsec, VRRP, HSRP, or SNMP protocols preferred. - Applied knowledge of Cisco Catalysts switches preferred. Level III Additional Qualifications: - Broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems to include routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, intrusion prevention systems, and network management platforms. - Minimum of 3 years of Cisco routing and switching in an Enterprise environment. - Advanced knowledge of network protocols, routers, and switches and the ability to utilize sniffers and other diagnostic equipment to resolve issues. - Advanced knowledge of MPLS networks, quality of service parameters. - Experience in an equivalent size organization as a network engineer III. - Experience with QOS, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP. - Experience with IDS/IPS. - Experience with IPSEC/SSL VPN. - Experience with Firewalls. - AS or BS Degree preferred. - CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification preferred.
